Timezone change fpr all reports

The application I work has Teradata as database and Business Object as reporting tool. Current data coming from source system has all timestamps in GMT format. However we have a new requirement to have it displayed as EST. I could have this changed in Teradata (in semantic layer), Universe or individual reports (100 plus reports at this time). I am looking for the least impacted and best solution in this case, Can you please let me know your thoughts?
