WebFOCUS as a BI/Analytics tool

Does anyone use WebFOCUS as the front end of their data warehouse? Typically, I see WebFOCUS used as a canned reporting solution. Is anyone using it to provide adhoc/advanced analytics in front of their data warehouse/marts?

I worked for one of the largest Retail store in US in the ETL part of DataWarehousing, I am aware that WebFocus was used as reporting tool, all the store managers received reports. These reports were based on hyperion cubes and DB2 database
