Sharing best practices

Currently we are in the process of taking internal BI activities to a higher level in the form of a multi-year BI implementation project. Already in the stage of defining the scope, planning and budget, a lot of questions are raised that we don’t know the answer to yet, or where we are wondering how other companies have handled these issues. An example of this is how a "quick win" can be realized for the potential project sponsors, but on the other hand keeping in mind that a solid foundation of a BI structure is essential to a successful implementation.

Therefore I would like to get in touch with people who have faced a similar situation or who are currently in the same situation. If you are located in or near the Netherlands, my suggestion is to plan a day to sit together and share experiences on this subject.
