Determine loyality of customer

Hi,

I want to create something for analyzing the loyality of customer. They pay every month a amount and we define them as loyal when they pay 24 months, every month. We try to find factors that influence loyality. I'm thinking of building a snapshotfact per month, per customer and after 24 months a cusotmer is loyal (1) or not (0). If they pay one month not, the cstomer is not loyal anymore.

Good idea? Better ideas?

There are a lot of ways to deal with segmentations such as this. Usually these are calculated and loaded as attributes of Customer. You could have a snapshot, but it is often more difficult to work with from a end-user query standpoint. Fact tables would typically be built if you plan to do analysis of customer movement among segments over time.
