SCD Type 6 Empty SCD Type 6

Post  niranjan Thu Jul 17, 2014 1:41 am

hi

we generally rely on scd type 2 for tracking changes in our projects.
since scd type 6 has also the concept of adding new rows, which type we should use as part of best practices, scd type 2 or 6?

regards,
niranjan
