Hi,

I would like to know can we modify existing DWH database by adding new dimension table or removed any existing conformed dimension table.
Due to change in business processes.

Yes you could… but deleting dimensions, even deleting rows from dimension tables, can be problematic. You need to consider the facts that reference them and the overall impact on the environment.
