How to get metadata from SSAS and SSIS??

Hello People,
How can I get the generated metadata in data Cube designed and deployed SQL Server Analysis Services(SSAS) 2008 R 2??
Second how can I get generated metadata for ETL Package Designed and Developed in SQL Server Integration Services(SSIS) 20008 R 2
