Reporting Dead Links on the website

Hello,

I would just like to notify you that there are a few broken links in the http://www.kimballgroup.com/html/booksMDWTtools.html page.

As an example, the "Chapter 5 - Date Dimension" download link (http://www.kimballgroup.com/html/MDWT08Content/Ch07_Date_Dim_2000-2020.xlsx) returns a zip file with only xml files in it.
