how to design the model for budgets-commitments-payments

hello everyone,

i am just build a dw, our bussiness process is

we have created a budget, and spend the budget called commintments, and the end, payment the commitment.

i have the dimenson table as beblow,

dim_mkt
dim_brand
dim_channel

and i have 3 fact table

fact_bgt
fact_commintment
fac_payment

one budget have several commitments,and one payments have several payments.

my questions is:

my boss focus on how many budget commitment and payment per channle or per brand.
